I needed an ultra book which has various advantages to use but affordable to me. I searched a bit and choose Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13. When I bought it, this seems to me a perfect laptop from Lenovo, later It has really amazed me with its multiple advantages what I will not get cheaply in other ultra books. After using a month, I am really happy to use IdeaPad Yoga 13. Specially it’s awesome features like folding system, windows 8, long time battery support, touch screen, accu type keyboard, LCD display, slighter and portable, make me happy!
Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 has an excellent folding mode that you can flip it up 0 to 360 degrees at your convenience angle. When I work in my office or use keyboard, I use it as a notebook. I feel very comfortable to use it keeping on my desk.
When I browse internet, I use it as tablet. It’s comfortable to look photos, listening music or during travelling to use in tablet shape.
I can also use Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 as tent shape when I make video calling, watching videos or share screen with others. As well as, I can turn it to stand mode when I use it as television, watching movies or songs.

Although using windows 8 is little critical in other machines but 10 finger points touch screen makes it very comfortable in Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13. I can use various apps, software, searching files very quickly with saving time.
As I found in the user guide that the battery supports 8 hours long, but I got maximum 6 hours which is more 2 hours extra than my previous one (HP G71-340US). Battery support also depends on few many things like screen brightness, playing games, watching movies or songs. After heavy using I got 4 hours battery backup.
The keyboard is very comfortable to use as finger friendly shape. I can type very smoothly and quickly without any error with comfortable key press. In my view, if there would have a back light in the key board too, it would be better to work in the dark.
The LCD display resolution is 1600 x 900 pixels with 13.3 inches screen which makes the picture quality very phenomenal than other machines. Also Integrated Intel HD Graphics card ensure the quality picture.
1.8 GHz Intel Core i5 processor (1.8 GHz) and 4 GB DDR3 ram makes Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 very fast. But you have to extend your Hard Drive as it is very less. Data transfer in Lenovo Yoga 13 is very fast as it has 2 USB ports (USB 2.0 Ports and USB 3.0 Ports).
It is less weight about 0.3 lbs to carry with me everywhere. There is also some useful software and apps are pre-loaded in it.
When I bought it, I noticed a complaint about the product’s WIFI. But still I didn’t face any problem with WIFI. If you face any log-on issue, please follow the steps to solve it:
Go to Device Manager (Charms Bar –> search for “Device Manager” in settings), Go to Network Adapter, Right Click on the RealTek, Click on Advanced Tab, Then set Selective Suspend to “Disabled.”
